ParkingAid – End-User License Agreement (EULA) / Terms of Use

Welcome to ParkingAid (“ParkingAid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you (“User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. License Grant

1.1 License.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ParkingAid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Service on a compatible device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

1.2 Restrictions.
You shall not:
• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or otherwise attempt to derive the source code.
• Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Service or that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the functioning of the Service.

2. Eligibility

4.1 Parking Signs and Regulations.
The Service may provide information related to parking signs, regulations, or other parking guidance. While we strive to ensure accuracy, the information is provided for informational purposes only. Actual parking regulations may vary, and it is your responsibility to verify and comply with all applicable parking rules and laws.

4.2 Disclaimer of Liability.
ParkingAid is not liable for any parking violations, fines, towing, or any other consequences resulting from reliance on the information provided through the Service.

5. Payments and Fees

5.1 Optional Services.
Certain features or services within the ParkingAid app may require payment. If you choose to use such features, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in the app.

5.2 Refunds.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Any refund requests will be handled in accordance with our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership.
All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos contained in the Service are the property of ParkingAid or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Feedback.
If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant ParkingAid a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate such feedback into the Service without any obligation to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1 Use at Your Own Risk.

8.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Exclusion of Certain Damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkingAid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9.2 Maximum Liability.
In no event shall ParkingAid’s total liability exceed the amount you have paid to ParkingAid (if any) in the last six (6) months for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ParkingAid, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by ParkingAid.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

11.2 Effect of Termination.
Upon termination, the license granted to you will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Service. Any provisions of these Terms intended to survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
